The food here is outstanding, Caitlin is my absolute favorite employee! Nobody is ever smiling or even trying to look happy, but Caitlin always has a smile on her face and is such a joy to be around! I stop by once in a while after work around 5 and it's never a disappointment. She should be given a raise!

Went to lions choice today thru the drive thru and ordered my food, asked for horseradish sauce. Got none no napkins and all most didn't get the chocolate milk for my sons order

This is more about Lion's Choice in general rather than this particular location, though the staff seemed disinterested at best and several tables needed a good washing down rather than a quick wipe.
Anyway, it's clear that they are not trying to compete on value. I don't mean the lack of a $1 menu or $5 lunch box, but just generally. I ordered the "King" roast beef sandwich combo. They also come in Original and Large, but I missed lunch and I'm hungry. My $9.49 plus tax gets me a sandwich I could hide entirely in my palms, a "side salad" and a large soft drink. They serve quality meat and have always been more expensive than other fast food, but this is ridiculous. And I get that it's difficult to make comparisons to other types of restaurants, but no matter how I try to define "better", I can think of places where I could do better.
The side salad didn't help my mood. Almost entirely purple leafy lettuce, which looks like a lot but weighs maybe an ounce per bushel and feels like weeds in the mouth, with exactly two cherry tomatoes and one tiny, pale broccoli floret. When popping open the plastic container the single bit if broccoli and one of the cherry tomatoes rolled out, off the table and onto the floor.
Oh, and after asking me whether I wanted croutons or crackers they failed to give me the crackers I asked for.
And the restroom smells disgusting, though not as if it was just used (if you get my drift), just nasty.
Sometimes it's the little things, sometimes the big things, and sometimes it's everything.
Now please excuse me while I go find something to eat because I'm still hungry.
Oh, good luck finding my King Meal photo, they have totally stacked the deck with their own pictures which don't even begin to look like what you'll actually get. I think they've out done Hardees on deceptive advertising. (I like Hardees but the sandwiches in their advertising are absurd). -

We ordered 2 XL roast beefs with Swiss cheese & 1 regular beef on 11/24/18 around 6:11 pm. Total: $17.65. The roast beefs are super salty, they didn't sprinkle the seasoning evenly. Found chunk of salt in the middle of sandwich, it ruined the whole sandwich. We were in a hurry on the way to go bowling, no time to go back to the store to swap out the sandwich. It was very dissapointing experience-we are the out towner from California-visiting family every year. We love Lion's choice -we had Lion choice the night before & the beef was too dry at the Arnold location. The next time we ordered -it will be salt seasoning on the site. Thank you Jessica for giving us comp for the next visit :)

Lion's Choice is the place to go for roast beef sandwiches. I always order mine with a baked potato ( always large) with cheese and broccoli.
Pepsi products on tap.
Don't forget the Au jus. It is GREAT!!
